In the dog days of summer, we are hosting a colourful, multi medium show featuring nine talented Ottawa valley artists.

The challenge was to provide work that ‘reflected’ the artist’s connection to water. We wanted to celebrate the rivers, lakes, creeks and wetlands that sustain the rich biodiversity of the region and the joys of cottage life.

Included in the show are works by Elisabeth Baechlin (Acrylics), Maddy Baird (Oils), Cheryl Beillard (Linocuts, mixed media, acrylics), Katharine Fletcher (Gelli plates, mixed media), Beata Jakubek (Acrylics), Suzette Kelly (Acrylics), Jelly Massee (Acrylics), Robin Knox (Oils and acrylics), Anne Warburton (Fiber art).

JOIN US! We are throwing open the doors of the Cafe on THURSDAY AUGUST 14, from 5 – 7 pm to give you an opportunity to meet the artists, admire their work, sip some wine, nibble on some of owner and chef Ruth’s best snacks and catch up with friends and neighbours. See you then!
